We are a distillery in South Africa that has custom engineered and built Vacuum stills. The only vacuum distillery in Africa and one of only a few in the world. We create a vacuum in the stills to lower the boiling point of alcohol from 79'Celcius to 18'Celcius. By doing this we distill as cold temperatures creating a unique and superior product. We have won numerous trophies at International competition. We specialise in gin, rum, Vodka, brandy and non-alcoholic spirits.

Creating your own product and brand is exciting, we want to help you achieve that goal. We offer contract distilling service to be customized for your specific requirements. We work with new startups to existing businesses offering an end to end contract distilling service or ongoing production contracts. We assist all the way from idea to final product and encourage working as a team to get your product to market. We have a minimum order of 1000 bottles.
