CreateAlcoholFreeWine comes from La Mancha vineyards, and is carefully produced to be dealcoholised just before bottling, preserving its organoleptic characteristics and extracting only the alcoholic and caloric content of this wine characterised by a generous fruit expression, rich in nuances of plum and berries. - Visual Phase: Ripe cherry-colored wine of mild intensity. - Olfactory Phase: The presence of fruit surprises, and emerging from behind the wood of the barrel without too much aggressiveness. - Taste Phase: Voluminous input in mouth, persistent structure with personality. Goes well with meats, roasts, and savory appetizers. - Grape: Tempranillo. - Alcohol content: 0’0% volume. - Ideal Serving temperature: 14º-16º C. - Calories per glass (100ml aprox. 22 cal.) Dealcoholisation CreateAlcoholFreeWine Tempranillo has been produced through a method known as vacuum distillation at low temperature, the most traditional and least aggressive method of dealcoholisation. Through this sophisticate method, it is processed without temperature aggressions or pressure. The wine is previously fermented in stainless steel tanks under strictly controlled conditions. With this “deconstruction”, it minimises the risk of loss of the wine’s aromatic components.
