Description
Currently the highest proof "moonshine" on the market, Southern Secret is of the highest quality. Distilled form our bourbon mash, we let it rest for a minimum of two weeks and then "polish" it through an activated carbon filter. This process creates a spirit full of flavor and is amazingly smooth for it's ABV.

Named after the legendary militia man, Sir Francis Marion, whose cunning instincts and crafty repertoire earned him the nickname "The Swamp Fox". Our head distiller, Jilliann, oversees each batch from mashing to distillation. Hand-selected grains, well water from our specially sourced aquifer and an unbridled passion for whiskey. Each cask is hand selected based on one simple criteria - taste. Our master distiller samples each barrel as it slowly matures to ensure that it is bottled at the height of flavor. Products: F.
