Amally is produced by one of the most important and recognized famalies in Oaxaca using traditional artisanal methods. It is made of 100% Agave Espadin and its natural smoky flavor is derived by cooking the best agave plants in a conical stone oven on mesquite and ocote, woods native to Oaxaca. These ingredents give to Amally its particular character and unique flavor.
Amally is an artisanal mezcal of great character handcrafted in the traditional method using 100% Maguey Espadin. Fermented Naturally in Pine Vats, and Double Distillation, producing and Smoky and Smooth Flavor, boosting any kind of cocktail.
Nose: Strong characteristics of a traditional smoky mezcal. Rich vegetable notes and a tinge of smoke that complements these flavors without overwhelming the balance. Robust, firm traditional mezcal.
Palete: Medium sweetness, earthy, rich vegetal and smoky.
Conclusion: Rich agave notes with smoky character of a traditional mezcal.
