It comes from our Grand Cru vineyards planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. After 7 months for the first fermentation in small steel tanks, it rests for about 30 months, aging, maturing and refermenting in the bottle.

Fiano di Avellino is a firmly stractured and mouthfilling wine produced in the vineyards in Monftefalcione.
It has a more or less intense straw yellow color, enhanced by lime green highlights.
