That’s right. Not everyone drinks, and whatever your reasons are, that doesn’t mean you should settle for unexciting, belittling renditions of non-alcoholic fruit punches and luminous cocktails. Not to mention soft drinks. You deserve a delicious, sophisticated alternative that is made through a bespoke distillation process and painstakingly amassed from some of Cape Town’s f_inest indigenous f_lora.
We give you Abstinence: a great grown-up, non-alcoholic option
for those that don’t feel like drinking.

The 8 botanicals are infused in alcohol for a duration of 24 hrs under vacuum,
thereafter water is added and the product is distilled at an absolute pressure of
65mbar resulting in a boiling temperature of 37degC to remove all of the alcohol.
At no stage does the mixture exceed this temperature thereby leaving the natural
f_lavours of the botanicals unaltered.
The f_inal product is a true“non-alcoholic distilled spirit”.The method of
production is very similar to making infusion gin.
The entire product is distilled and there is no addition/dilution post distillation.
