Blue Spirits is one of the very few distillers in the world to utilize the science of Cold Distillation to achieve the brightest flavor profiles from each botanical in our gin. We begin with plump Juniper Berries and add the traditional Coriander spice. thenfrom the garden, fragrant sweet flower buds of Heather and Elderflower and herbacious grassy Blue Violet round out the tradional gin profile; sweet citrus, in this case, Orange, added to aromatic cinnamon and roasted almond. All the botanicals are combined per specific formula to yeild Blue wind Gin.
