Adamus Dry Gin
Not intending to just take advantage of the tide, but paddling with it,
the idea has always gone for creating a distinguished distilled, a Gin
that shows somehow the Bairrada character in harmony with the taste
and current consumer preferences.
Adamus is the first Gin produced in Bairrada, it is used in its
composition Baga vine variety, typical of this region, which gives
it a distinctive aroma, associated with a selection of the finest
handly distilled botanicals.
So it gets in 2015 the first Adamus Dry Gin with 44.40oalc. With
Bairrada character, being
in harmony with the Baga fruity aroma, with floral notes and citrus
fruits, derived from other botanical, creating a sublime spirit Gin,
without excesses, rich taste and roundness flavour.
