Viticulture: Paraje "lavida", at the top of Laredo (250m). Simple Guyot system in trellis. 17 years.
Soils. clay, with good retention of trace elements. calcareous rock subsoil affected by karst phenomena.
Climate. Average of 14ºC in the agronomic year 17/18. 2110 hours of sun. 680l/m²
Oenology: Low temperature inox fermentation. Indigenous yeasts. No enzymes. No synthetic clarifiers. Low dosage of SO2 (32mg/l) to ensure storage in bottle
Bottled in February 2019. Vintage limited to 10.000 bottles
12.8% VOL. 6.9 total acidity. pH:3.19
Light yellow, clean, glyceric color. Wild flowers, orange blossom, basil, peach and apple memories,… Balanced in the mouth, acidity assembled, with a mineral touch and long drink.

We cultivate our own vineyards in a natural and logical way. We believe in prevention and planning as the most effective methods to prevent the use of chemicals harmful to the environment and people; sustainable viticulture. The conditions here for the cultivation of the vine are extreme. The varieties we cultivate are mostly locals: Albariño, Godello, Loureiro for white wines, and Mencía, Garnacha tintorera and Merenzao for reds. In the elaboration of our wines, we look for a natural winemaking, and a minimal intervention, to obtain some natural wines with personality. We do not use selected yeasts, enzymes, synthetic clarifiers, nutrients, enhancers, preservatives etc. We simply proceed to a light filtered before bottling to avoid impurities and so that the wine appears in the cup as it is. 100% grape wine.
