Description

We are proud to produce only high quality of Prosecco guaranteeing the quality and origin of the wine (DOC). The Controlled Designation of Origin, known as the acronym DOC, is a brand of Italian origin used in oenology that certifies the area of origin and delimits the collection of grapes used for the production on which the brand is affixed; this is used to designate a renowned product of quality, whose characteristics are connected to the natural environment and human factors and respect a specific disciplinary of production approved by ministerial decree.

Such wines, before being sold, must undergo in production phase a preliminary chemical analysis and an organoleptic exam that certify respect of the disciplinary requirements. A lack of respect of these requirements prevents the trading with the wording DOC.
The company also owns some certifications recognized by the G.F.S.I. (Global Food Safety Initiative), an international monitoring authority which has the function of ensuring the quality standard of the products and highlights the company’s reliability.
These certifications are the BRC Global Standard Food and IFS (International Food Standard).

Our company added the specially designed PET 24-litre “Oneway” Cask, made with a completely recyclable material. The cask production system is a true technological gem. The fully automated work process is designed to ensure the quality of the wine and its traditional genuineness. Only in this way can the quality of 8cento white sparkling wine from Veneto (the Prosecco’s region) reach the consumers unaltered. The grapes, transformed into wine in the Cask, undergo careful quality checks and an enhanced selection process, compared to traditional oenological treatment.
It’s modern, reliable and environmentally friendly. Since its first introduction into the market, the Cask immediately became a practical and winning concept.
