OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Committed to focus on quality over quantity, the grapes of Villa Riviera are carefully selected and harvested at night to preserve their freshness. They are then protected in small boxes and carried to the winery where they will be delicately pressed in the middle of the night without maceration, to guarantee a naturally pale color and a beautiful luminosity. In regard to our commitment to quality, we only use the first press and the free falling juices. These most refined juices are isolated and fermented separately in small vats to express their character and reach full potential in terms of flavors and aromas. After aging for a few months to reach maturity, they are assembled according to the villa Riviera secret recipe passed down from generation to generation.

The color is subtle with a beautiful clarity, the nose is delicate and pleasant with aromas of peach and white flowers. Notes of strawberries will reveal on the back of the palate with a touch of apple for a crisp finish. A beautiful balance of flavors and aromas, a delicate texture and a fresh mouth feel will send you straight to the dock of your yacht in the Mediterranean Sea.
