Stilhoek Boerdery, situated on a farm in the Bela-Bela region in South Africa, has been producing passion fruit for the past 21 years. We are the largest suppliers of passion fruit in Africa, producing close to 3000 tons per annum. Stilhoek Boerdery has grown to become the national supplier to local retailers, such as Pick ’n Pay, Freshmark and Woolworths, and additionally now service international retailers, such as M&S, Tesco, Migros and Aldi. Our specialty lies in the processing of passion fruit, and today we boast an impressive production of approximately 350 tons of passion fruit pulp per season, making us the leading supplier of pulp to the South African market. In addition to this, we have recently diversified into the processing of pineapple, mango, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, kiwi fruit and jalapeno. About a year ago, we saw an opportunity to enter the Fruit liqueur market. Using our expertise in processing, we have successfully manufactured and launched a range of fruit liqueurs under the Pang Craft Liqueur brand, with flavours including mango, strawberry and passion fruit. With the expansion of our range, we are now also excited to announce the launch our Jalapeno flavour. All ingredients used in the production of our liqueurs are EU approved and of the highest quality, containing a much higher percentage of natural pulp compared to current fruit liqueurs on the market. As a result, we intend to market our liqueurs as a premium product, that can be enjoyed neat, as part of a cocktail blend, or even as an addition to dessert. With our own raw material supply, we are able to produce in the region of 900,000 bottles of Passion Fruit 800,000 bottles Strawberry 1,000,000 bottles Mango and 800,000 bottles off Jalapeno liqueur.
