The winery last week released a trio of its Tank blended wines — a rosé made from New Mexico fruit; a white that combines Picpoul Blanc and Malvasia Bianca fruit sourced from Aridus's Chiricahua Foothills vineyards and a vineyard on the Willcox Bench; and Viognier, also sourced from Aridus's vineyards.

"It's a trending category and people are much more willing to accept a wine in a can these days," said Aridus winemaker Lisa Stride, a 10-year industry veteran who joined the company soon after the 2016 harvest. "It's much more portable."
