According to the Wine Industry Advisor, 

In accordance with state and county guidelines, the more than 50 wineries of historic Livermore Valley Wine Country located less than an hour from San Francisco and Silicon Valley will begin to reopen for wine tasting on Friday, June 19, 2020. Advance reservations are required (no more than 6 people) and each tasting must be accompanied by a meal enjoyed outdoors.

Wineries are allowed to partner with a permitted food truck or use their own commercial kitchen to produce the meals. Individual winery reopening details are being posted by the wineries.
