The Cornelius brewer has formed a spin-off company that utilizes its craft-beer experience to help like-minded breweries expand their brands — without the significant capital investment typically required.
That company, Community Brewing Ventures, looks to raise $2.5 million through its seed-round to support operations, with additional funding rounds planned over the next five years.
