Sometimes you have a chance to find real treasures among natural sweet wines. Thanks to the year 2018 and the sunny climate of Ruban in the South Slovak Wine Region the grapes harvested here reached an extraordinary sugar content of  30.5 °Bx. Some grapes were infected by noble botrytis cinerea which led to raisining of berries. Grapes were harvested very carefully by hand.

As a result we achieved an excellent natural sweet wine of significant yellow color, exotic and delicious in smell with tones of flowering roses and mint on the background. In taste you feel changing aromas of litchi, apricot and honey paired with smooth long persistence. The wine has rich unctuous structure with rounded acids which certainly belongs to high category of dessert wines. It is very harmonic, full bodied wine you can easily pair with desserts, honey based cakes but it serves as a good aperitif also on family celebrations.

We recommend to serve this wine to: camembert, barbeque, sausages, spicy food, dorts and cakes, at temperature of 10-12 °C / 50-52 °F
