APPERANCE:pronounce purple colour .
BOUQUET: Fresh and intense red fruit, berries, ripe plum. The wine evolve black fruit flavours like blueberry and black plum, with a hint of backong spice, cloves and vanilla.
PALATE: the first word that come to mind is Harmony, red fruits, the plumb and blueberry freshness, straight after the backing spices, cloves, nutmeg, refined tannins with extraordinary velvety finishing.
VINIFICATION: the grapes are hand selected, destemmed and soft crushed before maceration and fermentation for 20-25 days. Maturation in stainless steel and french oak for 6 months before bottoling .
