Many of the botaicns used in our crafted Vermouth are hadpicked by local farmers in the surrounding hills of Piedmont, Italy. We combine a gentle distillation prosses called vapor infusion to the traditional direct infusion technic in order to delicatly extract the flavor, aroma and natural proprieties of the many differnet herbs used.
Combining old world practices with new school techniques allow us to create a super vermouth.
