Our 100% organic wheat grain alcohol-based Gin is filtered with the meltwater from the peaks of Sierra Nevada in Spain. Distilled in copper stills made by hand with organic botanicals of exceptional quality. An Ultra Premium London Dry Gin for the most demanding. In addition to being certified organic, Airem Gin is Kosher certified and Gluten Free.
Ingredients: 100% organic Wheat Alcohol, Pure melt water from the Sierra and 100% organic Botanicals, Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Lemon Peel, Orange and Tangerine, Licorice, Coriander and a special secret touch.

Years ago we started to understand the need to consume foods and beverages that were not chemically treated. We filter our spirits using the virgin melted waters form the mountains of Sierra Nevada, probably the best water quality in Spain. We also use just organic Mediterranean botanicals during distillation, following strictly the organic farming process and procedures.
