The Off-Premise ball game

 

We all rush behind trying to score that major hotel deal, or a major restaurant chain deal, while what most of us generally forgets is that 80% of the business of the wine industry comes from the off-premise volumes. Lieberman very gracefully informs us that most of us complain about not being able to score a big account, when on the other hand he gathers as many small or big accounts as possible since to even everything matters as he is in this for the long haul.
