Sommelier at La Toque
Beki has been working in Restaurants since she was barely old enough. In 2011, she moved to the Bay Area and enrolled in the French Culinary Institute Sommelier program where she graduated at the top of her class and became a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. She is a chronic over-achiever and has won a number of prestigious competitions. She earned her Advanced pin from the Court in March 2017. Beki has worked at a number of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants including, Verbena, In Situ and Alexander’s Steakhouse.
Lambert brings a wealth of sales and distribution experience that will provide suppliers with distribution and selling strategies in how to grow your craft beverage brand by building a solid distributors network.
