Made in the town of Tequila
All agave spirits must be produced in the Jalisco region to be considered "tequila”. Unlike many, Siempre is actually produced in the small town in which tequila originated.
100% blue weber agave, grown in two dedicated estates
To ensure superior quality, the agave used to produce Siempre is not market sourced.
Rare Highland/Lowland hybrid
Whereas most tequilas use only one, Siempre combines the profile flavors of both terroirs to create a unique, perfectly-balanced juice.
Agave cooked in traditional brick ovens
We slowly bake our agave for 3x longer than our competitors, using traditional stone ovens vs. the common, giant stainless steel pressure cookers called "autoclaves”.
Distilled in small batches
While others claim 20,000L batches to be small, Siempre does 1000L batch runs, over and over to fill orders and ensure quality.

Best of both worlds
Most brands choose either the earthy, bold, wood-like character of the valley agave, or the sweet, citrus-filled, peppery flavors of the mountain agave.
We decided to combine the two, to deliver the best flavors of both the highland and the lowland, giving our tequila a richer and more-complex taste.

We’re Alex Lacroix and Monica Sanita.
Who we used to be: Multiple-award-winning art director, and psychology-major-turned advertising strategist. But with a thirst for more.
Who we are now: Entrepreneurs, and the founders of Siempre.
We thought, if we combined our experience developing major advertising campaigns (for major clients including LCBO, Coca-Cola, Molson Canadian, Coors Light, Audi, etc.), along with our eager entrepreneurial spirit, we could make brands of our very own.
So, to carry on the traditions of Monica’s grandmother and great-grandmother – who made Mezcal at their home in Mexico – we started making tequila.
With our growing team, one year of development, and two years of industry experience, we’re ready to share Siempre with the world.
We truly believe that when there’s tequila in the glass, it’s always half full. Salud.
