Nock Tequila & Mezcal is all about quality and craftsmanship, bringing a perfect balance of tradition and modern flair. Our tequila is made from 100% blue agave, carefully grown for at least 6 years for a smooth, clean taste. The mezcal uses mature espadin, with its signature complex flavor that comes from age-old production techniques.

It is a tequila that preserves the authentic traditional process of making tequila with a special selection of the best agaves from the valleys and highlands of Jalisco that allows you to have a wide aromatic range with the terroir of both areas; with slow cooking in autoclaves, natural organic fermentation and a traditional double distillation process.

What makes Nock Mezcal special is the love & care given to it from the start in the soil to the glass of our tribe. Since we look for magueyes that have matured in due time, that the process takes its due time, respecting everything that has to happen for the flavor to be exceptional.
