Our Company
La Toscana was born in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador, in the year 1998. It's part of the Eljuri Group, one of the largest holdings in the country.
Our winemakers legacy has been our main backup to rapidly gain support form consumers in Ecuador and to conquer international markets. Our company has purchased several spirits brands that currently enrich and diversify our portfolio. The creativity and innovation of our team has also played a key role in the diversification and success of our portfolio.

Cien Fuegos Rum

100 Fuegos Rum uses the legandary "Solera" process ("Solera" being the uppermost row of barrels). This process consists in dilluting the distilled liquid with water and store it in american oak barrels in shelves. Locating the older barrels in the upper shelves, in this way each year the the oldest barrels from the lower shelves are sold and new ones are introduced for ageing in the upper row.
100 Fuegos is a delicate Rum with wooden, coconut, citrus, sweet and toffe notes over a background of very soft smoked scent. It's clean and fresh in the mouth, making it a high end rum.
