SITT, now under the new ownership of small independent family owned publisher Agile Media, joins portfolio alongside Harpers Wine & Spirit, Drinks Retailing News, CLASS and Drinks International. Agile Media are taking SITT back to the heart and soul of the original tasting, exhibiting only specialist wine producers.
SITT is a key date in the diary for specialist producers to engage with current & new key decision makers from the independent on and off-trade sectors, as well as a variety of press and media. Scheduled for September 2019, SITT Spring is positioned at the forefront of the next 6 months projections of the wine purchasing calendar and is regarded as the key tasting for independent buyers within the industry.
SITT, established in 2005, is a trade wine tasting for independent buyers and importers in the on and off trade. It was taken over by the creators of leading industry magazine Harpers Wine & Spirit in 2016, and is the only original trade wine tasting. The tasting is being bought back to it's roots by creators working with original founder Judy Kendrick, who is now the brand ambassador.
SITT promises to bring together the boutique and bijou wine producer and the independent importer, with a view to put the right products and people all in one room. Expect to find exciting, hand-crafted quality, by passionate small-scale producers & importers from all over the globe. This tasting is sure to make your wine list that bit more interesting!
Not only will you be tasting over 400 incredible, specialist wines, you have the opportunity to attend masterclasses held by high-profile industry experts on the day. Check out our 'Features' tab for more information, as well as our 'Exhibitors' page for an idea of the wines you can taste.
