Erick Lavallée established his Domaine in 1987 in the village of St Bris-le-Vineux. He named it Grand Roche after a lieu-dit around Saint Bris where he planted 10 hectares (24 acres) of vine. Today, he grows 22 hectares (55 acres) spread between Chablis and Auxerre vineyards. Working with passion, Erick Lavallée takes great care of the vine all year long. He supervises and guides it to extract the best of the fruit during the harvest.
