Burwood Distillery started as an idea between friends and blossomed into a common vision to celebrate Canada's agriculture. We are steeped in connection, passion and elevated through community and believe that by creating new world flavours, spins on traditional and sometimes forgotten styles, people will get excited for craft spirits. Burwood produces vodka ( which has been distilled 14 times), gins made with a unique blend of whole citrus fruits and 14 different botanicals, Honey Eau De Vie and Medica. Medica is a traditional Croatian honey spirit that Ivan and Marko grew up making with their family back home in Croatia which is made using fresh local Alberta raw Honey harvested from our own bee hives.
