La qualité de l'eau est contrôlée à partir de 700 m de profondeur.
Le goût de l'eau influence grandement le goût de la vodka. L'eau influence tous les aspects des boissons alcoolisées:
odeur, goût et clarté. Même l'eau la plus pure, si elle est contenue dans son environnement naturel, doit être traitée.
Le processus de traitement est comme suit.
L'eau s'écoule à travers les colonnes de sable et de carbone, les filtres à cartouche et à membrane et subit une purification par ultraviolets et moléculaire.
L'osmose inverse aide à réguler la composition saline de l'eau.
Cela rend chaque type de vodka unique.
Le contrôle global dans le laboratoire de distillerie est la dernière étape du traitement de l’eau.
L'eau est maintenant prête à être mélangée à de l'alcool (tri). L'eau est acheminée vers les réservoirs sous pression situés au 4ème étage de l'usine de mélange.
L'eau traitée est douce, claire et vivante (contrairement à l'eau distillée utilisée par d'autres fabricants.

Water influences all aspects alcoholic beverage: Smell, taste and clarity. Even the purest water, if contained in its natural environment, must be treated. The treatment process is as follows: Water flows through sand and carbon columns, cartridge and membrane filters and undergoes ultraviolet and molecular purification. Reverse osmosis helps regulate the saline composition of the water. This makes each type of vodka unique. Global control in the distillery laboratory is the last step in water treatment. The water is now ready to be mixed with alcohol (sorting). Water is fed to pressurized tanks on the 4th floor of the mixing plant. The treated water is soft, clear and alive (unlike the distilled water used by other manufacturers).
