Nati Gordillo is the master distiller and agriculturalist for PiscoLogía. In 2021, she was awarded Craft Spirits Berlin's Female Craft Distiller of the YEAR! She is joined by brand founder, Meg McFarland and brand educator and bartender, Kami Kenna, together they make, market, and promote the brand.
In Azpitia, Perú Nati cares for her grapes year-round carefully monitoring their maturation up until harvest when she changes gears to convert her cultivar into Peru's national spirit. Her experience as a vigneron, sommelier, and distiller makes Nati a uniquely holistic distiller. PiscoLogía is one of those rare grapes to glass piscos. It is made from 100% estate-grown Quebranta and Italia grapes, its aromas are grassy, herbal, and reminiscent of sweet caramelized banana. It tastes of toasted almonds, pecans, and tart green apples.
PiscoLogía Pisco Acholado (blend) it should be enjoyed sipped neat, as we do at the distillery, but mixes seductively into cocktails at the finest bars across the world.
