On the New Year’s Eve ending the year 1912, the landmark water tower in Riverside, Illinois, burned like a giant candle. No one knows exactly how the fire got started, perhaps it was struck by lightning? In the tradition of white lightnings, our corn whiskey is bottled without aging, and distilled from a mash of 83% corn with malted barley and rye.
