Three Wells Distilling Company is an Arizona producer of quality small batch craft distilled products with a focus on "Putting Arizona in a Bottle". The name comes from the source of water we use, well water from the 3rd well on Three Wells Court in Sahuarita, Arizona. Our distillery is located at 3780 E 44th St. #120 in Tucson Arizona.

Our Mission is to produce the finest small batch spirits available. We believe that using traditional distillation methods, locally sourced groundwater and naturally occurring and Arizona sourced ingredients is the most honest way to produce our unique spirits.

• Fermented and distilled from organic, ‘Engelmann prickly pear’ cactus, seasonally picked in Arizona.
• No infusions are done; the flavor comes solely from the fermentation of the Prickly Pear fruit, utilizing roughly 3 pounds of fruit per bottle.
• Twice distilled in our hand-made Reflux column still, maintaining the purity and flavor of the Prickly Pear fruit.
• Clean, fresh and crisp flavors reminiscent of watermelon and cherries.

• Fermented and distilled from 100% Organic Blue Agave Nectar imported from Jalisco, Mexico.
• Each batch is double distilled in a hand-made custom copper still.

• Corn-based, six times distilled neutral spirits with a seventh distillation to vapor-infuse our botanicals through the gin basket of our hand-made, copper still
• Authentic, ‘New Wave’ flavor combination of mild juniper mountain air, desert rain, hint of citrus and lingering warmth.
• Delivers excellent quality and value within the Gin/White spirits Cocktail segment.

Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit Spirits

• Fermented and distilled from organic, ‘Engelmann prickly pear’ cactus, seasonally picked in Arizona.

• The oak adds complexity and flavors reminiscent of whiskeys and finishes with the fruit.
• Aged with charred American white oak staves 3 months to 1 year.

• Following a final, in-house, 7th distillation, our vodka is filtered with our exclusive filtration process and cut to proof with our own well water, Well #3.
• Softer, smoother vodka that challenges most every assumption of the category and adds to the diversity of Vodka in America.
• A smooth and refreshing taste—full of possibilities for mixing, sipping and shooting.

Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit Spirits

• Fermented and distilled from organic, ‘Engelmann prickly pear’ cactus, seasonally picked in Arizona.
• No infusions are done; the flavor comes solely from the fermentation of the Prickly Pear fruit, utilizing roughly 3 pounds of fruit per bottle.
• Twice distilled in our hand-made Reflux column still, maintaining the purity and flavor of the Prickly Pear fruit.
• A complex flavor profile reminiscent of whiskey, although there is no grain in the mash, only fruit.
• Aged in new charred American white barrels for over a year, bottled at Cask Strength.

OLD TOM GIN

• Made from a corn based neutral spirit.
• Vapor infused with juniper, cardamom, orange and other classic botanicals.
• A light, slightly sweet gin in the classic “Old Tom Style”.
• Juniper and cardamom on the nose with a sweet start, and smooth orange finish.
• A good value used in classic gin cocktails where London dry is not appropriate.
