A blissful blend of luscious juices and premium white wine, graced with light effervescence, Soleil Mimosa (formerly St. Clair Mimosa) is the love-child of French ingenuity and American hard work. Winemaker Hervé Lescombes relocated from Burgundy, France to Deming, New Mexico in the Mimbres Valley appellation with plans to start a winery. Mimosas, a family tradition, have been a fixture since the winery’s beginning in 1981. Over thirty years later, Hervé’s sons, Florent and Emmanuel Lescombes, continue this tradition as the family’s sixth-generation winemakers.
