Celebrating the legacy of Mary White, the uncrowned queen of bootleggers, we at Deluxe Distillery selected the finest grains and distilled them to perfection. Our master-distiller added malted barley in precise proportions for a stout character with a swarthy tang. Drinking Mary White Vodka is experiencing a distinctive touch of grain in the nose, a fully developed tingly flavour on the palate, a smooth and silky texture on the tongue, and an epic aftertaste. the luxurious and foliated marble design on the bottle of Mary White Premium Vodka is testimony to its pristine quality and typical character. Shiny, translucent and crystal clear, the premium distillate gets its distinctive flavour from the quirky veins of malted barley, unifying classy elegance with wild pas- sion.

TASTING NOTES

The extremely balanced notes of the complex and flavourful Mary White vodka reveal cereal-like notes of bread dough, and a faint lemon spice that manifests itself fully once on the palate. Supported by the underlying earthiness of malted barley, this vodka is surprisingly smooth and fresh, with a tingly and fully developed citrusy flavor, and a stout & epic aftertaste, leaving a silky feel on the tongue.

During the Prohibition Era, speak easy establishments circumvented the strict liquor laws by selling tickets to 'see a blind tiger in the back room', and throwing in a complimentary gin cocktail.

Deluxe Distillery celebrates the creativity of yesteryear with this contemporary, raw, unique, and handcrafted Blind Tiger Gin. Distilled in small batches in the back room of a concealed distillery in the Western part of Belgium, unusual botanicals such as malted barley and cubeb pepper are used to give Blind Tiger Gin its daring and invigorating character.

IMPERIAL SECRETS

In the seclusion of our concealed distillery, our master distiller handcrafted this smooth and lush, yet refreshing gin with three meticulously distilled imperial black teas from Assam, Cashmere & Yunnan.

The subtle addition of carefully selected lemon peel, lemongrass, bitter almond & grains of paradise gives Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets its warming spiciness, which lingers sumptuously on the tongue. Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets is to be savoured neat, over ice, or with the mixer of your choice.

TASTING NOTES

The highly balanced and surprisingly smooth Blind Tiger Imperial Secrets opens with a complex nose of matured grain spirit, juniper, and spice from grains of paradise and bitter almond.

On the palate, higher notes of citrus, coriander, and lemon grass bleed through, backed up by a warming glow of both the imperial black tea and the 45% alcohol grain spirit which lingers on in the aftertaste.

Aroma and palate are interspersed by floral notes from the tea which play a prominent role in the grand finale.

PIPER CUBEBA

Deluxe Distilleries celebrates the creativity of yesteryear with this contemporary, raw, unique, and handcrafted Blind Tiger Gin. Distilled in small batches in the back room of a concealed distillery in the Western part of Belgium, unusual botanicals such as malted barley and cubeb pepper are used to give Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba its daring and invigorating character.

Stare the Blind Tiger in the eye & you'll be roaring for more.

TASTING NOTES

The higher than average alcohol content carries bags of juniper and cubeb pepper which lingers on with zesty hints of cracked black pepper, violet, orange and liquorice.

The waft of celeriac from the blinded botanical in the nose gives way to herbal and floral notes of orange blossom and some citrus on the first sip.

The palate is complex with a peppery kick and the malted barley introduces a long and warming aftertaste with some more cracked pepper and cubeb and earthy notes of ginger, liquorice & cardamom.

BLIND TIGER
LIQUID GOLD

We aged our Blind Tiger for up to six months in used American Oak Bourbon barrels to create this sophisticated limited edition gin.

TASTING NOTES

The lingering rich, velvety, and complex nose of lemon, vanilla, honey & oak, transforms into a warming smoothness of buttery orange and floral hints across the tongue, with a finish-long bourbon-like spiciness.
