Her wine and food consulting company, The Connected Table, creates custom marketing/advertising programs and educational events for wine and food brands and regions in Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Macedonia and the USA, among others. For 20 years she ran M. Young Communications, a highly regarded culinary events and public relations agency where she helped create and ran two of the industry\'s most recognized programs: The James Beard Foundation Awards and New York Restaurant Week.
